What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create an inclusive and supportive classroom culture aligned with Mission Bit’s core values
- Plan and lead community-building games and activities to foster student engagement
- Support students in showcasing their capstone projects at Demo Day
- Manage classroom behavior to maintain a productive learning environment
- Collaborate with the instructional team and communicate student progress to families

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with youth in an educational setting
- Strong alignment with Mission Bit’s values and a passion for supporting youth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Experience working with diverse groups of individuals
- Self-starting with the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Game Design/Unity/C# or relevant coding languages and software
- Familiarity with project-based learning, asset-based teaching, and culturally relevant teaching
- Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Arabic, Tagalog, or Samoan
