      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Co-lead daily operations of the call center ensuring KPI goals are exceeded
      - Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback
      - Resolve customer escalations and support underperforming agents with action plans
      - Provide real-time management to ensure productivity and adherence to schedules
      - Facilitate team meetings and promote best practices for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
      - Previous call center experience required
      - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalents
      - Schedule flexibility and effective time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a call center environment
      - Experience with healthcare-related systems such as Greenway, Availity, or Zoho
      - Outstanding phone demeanor and etiquette
      - Ability to function in a fast-paced and agile environment
      - A positive attitude and desire to lead a team
