What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Normalize large data sets into an existing data warehouse
- Analyze and manipulate data within the data warehouse based on predefined guidelines
- Identify trends in large datasets and read complex contract terms to build custom code
- Generate standard and custom ad-hoc reports based on internal and external requests
- Manage project timelines and track project forecasts while responding to changing requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, including stored procedures, views, SQL jobs, and database design
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, or a similar reporting platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, InfoPath, Visio)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ETL Development (SSIS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
