      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Normalize large data sets into an existing data warehouse
      - Analyze and manipulate data within the data warehouse based on predefined guidelines
      - Identify trends in large datasets and generate standard system reports
      - Read and interpret complex contract terms to build custom code for specific tests
      - Project manage timelines and keep track of project forecasts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
      - 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, including stored procedures, views, SQL jobs, and database design
      - 1+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting platforms
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, InfoPath, Visio)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ETL Development (SSIS)
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Project
      - Previous experience in the healthcare industry
