What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Pharmacy leadership in evaluating the 340B program's strategic growth and compliance monitoring
- Collect and analyze patient and medication use data from the electronic medical record system
- Resolve dosing, administration, and systematic errors within pharmacy encounters
- Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to obtain necessary information and address inquiries
- Monitor overall compliance of the 340B program and communicate auditing trends and risks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree OR associate's degree with 2 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or finance
- One (1) year of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or financial field
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician, with the ability to obtain Tennessee State Pharmacy License within 6 months of employment
- Minimum (1) year experience in pharmacy 340B

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 340B Advanced Operations Certificate
- Experience in Electronic Health Record systems
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent customer relation skills with a focus on effective communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
