What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Master the employer's products, services, and pricing to meet client needs
- Analyze and forecast assigned accounts using data-driven insights
- Manage assigned accounts while supporting customers with the employer's offerings

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client interactions and project outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of account management or inside sales experience
- Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or BOS) and web conferencing software (e.g., GoToMeeting or WebEx)
- Strong client relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
