What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Master Dynata products, services, pricing, and applications to meet client needs
- Leverage data to analyze, plan, and forecast assigned accounts
- Manage assigned accounts while supporting customers with Dynata products
- Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers to understand client needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful client interactions and project outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of account management or inside sales experience
- Experience working with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce or BOS) and web conferencing software (e.g., GoToMeeting or WebEx)
- Strong client relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
