What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare small and large group rate filings, Mental Health Parity filings, and secure approvals
- Perform periodic analysis of projected experience by line of business and suggest appropriate pricing strategies
- Update and maintain the rating systems for both small and large groups
- Perform pricing of new products and/or plan designs using proprietary medical and pharmacy benefit pricing tools
- Gather and analyze rate and plan information for primary competitors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree
- 2 or more actuarial exams passed
- 2+ years of actuarial experience
- Experience communicating technical information to matrix partners (Finance, Business)
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in MS Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ACA pricing and rate filing
- Experience in engaging with external clients (DOI)
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with SQL or similar programming language
- Proven good communication/presentation skills
- Proven excellent project management and prioritization skills
