      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the sales team to support and close AI opportunities
      - Provide demonstrations of AI-powered solutions to prospects and customers
      - Conduct enablement sessions for sales and marketing teams on ServiceNow AI products
      - Influence the roadmap for AI and Automation solutions
      - Address business and technical challenges using AI products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or customer-facing experience
      - 5+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise automation tools
      - 3+ years of technical experience with deep learning or machine learning models
      - Understanding of agency missions and experience selling to such agencies
      - Must be a U.S. citizen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with AI fairness, privacy, and security best practices
      - Strong presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Experience with applied AI concepts like prompt engineering and MLOps
      - Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python and cloud-based applications
      - Knowledge of ServiceNow’s AI solutions like Predictive Intelligence and Virtual Agent
