What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the execution of billing and payments projects while analyzing operations for improvement
- Drive operational projects to enhance efficiency and functionality in the billing software, Zuora
- Serve as the primary contact for SOX compliance reviews and audits
- Gather and document business solution requirements from key stakeholders
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of customized solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Finance, or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company, focusing on Finance and operational support
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Corporate Finance with Enterprise ERP/Billing software
- Familiarity with PCI, NACHA, and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BI/analytics software such as Domo, Pazien, or Tableau
- Highly organized with excellent cross-functional teamwork skills
- Outstanding business acumen and problem-solving abilities
