What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write SQL queries against data warehouses to support analytic requests and deliver summarized outcomes
- Develop summary level reporting to assist operations leaders in monitoring care team performance
- Leverage data to identify insights around clinical, demographic, and medical cost trends
- Partner with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements for reporting
- Design reporting and communication materials for DaVita IKC leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience with business/financial analysis; healthcare preferred
- 3-5 years of SQL writing experience required, with Snowflake preferred
- Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools required
- Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation and pivot tables

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Cerner preferred
