What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize Alteryx for data preparation to create actionable intelligence through reporting
- Collaborate with the account team to translate data requests into business requirements
- Analyze large data sets using SQL, Excel, and Alteryx to answer key business questions
- Provide relationship management and advisory support, identifying trends and insights for decision-making
- Support the BI team’s evolution into advanced BI solutions, including apps and predictive analytics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of data analytics experience in an enterprise environment
- Highly proficient technical skills in Alteryx with ability to manage and analyze raw data
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain analytic concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in BI, data science, computer science, or related analytical field
- Experience with Agile methodologies and understanding of data fluency/literacy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau and SQL
- Domain experience in operations, real estate, project management, or finance
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and root cause analysis
- Proven ability to visualize data and derive actionable intelligence
