      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure availability of Kodiak products by analyzing inventory, shipments, and demand
      - Support business growth by collaborating with Sales Account Teams and Operations Planning Teams
      - Implement CPFR process improvements through customer partnerships
      - Maintain On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) service levels and In-Stock goals
      - Lead cost-savings initiatives and perform metric reporting for key accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain function
      - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, economics, accounting, or related field
      - Experience working with large retail accounts
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and accuracy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with customer chargebacks and allowances
      - Familiarity with supply chain planning software or tools
      - Knowledge of industry best practices in supply chain management
      - Experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
