      THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

      As a Senior Analyst, Digital Optimization, you will play a key role in shaping and evaluating a portfolio of existing and new digital guest experiences. Through hypothesis-driven modeling and experimentation, you will surface insights to inform optimization strategies and drive meaningful improvements to the guest journey. You will partner closely with product, UX, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to create and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests and turn data into actionable insights.

      YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS BY:

      • Developing standards and processes for rigorous, data-driven digital testing across the site.
      • Managing a backlog of hypothesis-driven opportunities and maintaining a prioritized testing roadmap.
      • Partnering cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity based on user behavior, business goals, and guest feedback.
      • Working closely with development teams to define requirements for test implementation.
      • Creating detailed measurement plans aligned to experiment hypotheses, ensuring key metrics are properly tagged and captured.
      • Using both qualitative and quantitative research to strengthen test insights and support guest-centric decisions.
      • Clearly communicating test results, learnings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
      • Creating compelling data visualizations to support storytelling and clearly convey test results, trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

      ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Be a subject matter expert in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
      • Regularly utilize Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to build, execute, and evaluate experiments.
      • Develop and deliver insights reports with clarity and rigor for business audiences.
      • Run ad hoc analyses to support hypotheses and inform ongoing testing strategies.
      • Maintain a test repository to track historical insights and iterate on past learnings.

      THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS

      • 4+ years of relevant digital analytics, testing, or marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis in marketing, analytics, business, or a related field.
      • Deep expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is required.
      • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing platforms and methodologies.
      • Advanced analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
      • Strong data storytelling skills, with experience using data visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
      • Ability to distill complex data into simple visual narratives that drive decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Knowledge of statistics as it applies to experimental design, hypothesis testing, and KPI analysis.
      • A user-first mindset with a passion for optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
      • Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).



      The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $100,700.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
