What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather business requirements and define SAP configuration settings and master data setup
- Coordinate with system analysts and SAP functional leads for cross-functional changes
- Apply systems development methodologies to modify, maintain, and document software changes
- Train end-users in the proper use of SAP functionality and provide second-level support
- Build, test, and deploy various SAP components including reports, user exits, and interfaces

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (or foreign degree equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementation experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors BTP and Hana Cloud Platform
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ABAP design and development, including Object Oriented programming
- Minimum 5 years of development experience with SAP ECC HR on-prem system

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience developing, testing, and deploying interfaces for integrating ECC with third-party systems
- 3 years of experience in SF RCM and ONB Onboarding
- Experience with custom interfaces using BDBG and data conversions using BDCs and LSMW
