What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and preparation of reports and cost-benefit analysis tools for quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct quality assurance checks on reports to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with department leads to document business requirements and implement necessary reporting
- Modify reports based on error identification and change requests while balancing business needs
- Assist program managers with research regarding performance measurement outliers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or a regulated industry
- At least 1 year of experience in managed healthcare or equivalent
- Proficiency with Excel and Visio, along with data manipulation and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of basic statistics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare
- Experience with HEDIS reporting or collection
- 1+ years in managed healthcare non-financial reporting
- Experience in healthcare information systems or as an IS liaison for quality improvement projects
- Microsoft Certification(s)
