What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from financial professionals, addressing inquiries on various financial topics
- Provide advanced sales consultation and solutions to financial professionals
- Maintain records of conversations and documentation to deepen customer relationships
- Utilize multiple technology systems to enhance customer experience
- Act as a backup for top advisors and assist with case design, product updates, and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, or communications
- Series 6 license required at the time of offer
- Series 63 license must be obtained within 120 days of hire
- Four years of experience in customer service or sales-related occupations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations desirable
- Familiarity with retirement plan documents and contracts
- Experience in a financial services environment
