      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and audit complex cost projections and deliverables, ensuring accuracy
      - Provide coaching and on-the-job training to team members, fostering skill development
      - Serve as the first point of escalation for problem resolution and service delivery issues
      - Manage workflow and communication among team members to meet client requirements
      - Coordinate year-end processes with clients and tax providers, preparing necessary reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred (Accounting, Economics, Math, International Business, Human Resources Management) or equivalent work experience
      - 3 to 5 years of experience in global mobility, accounting, payroll, compensation, or international human resources
      - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a high aptitude for numbers
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated leadership abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Cartus products and services is highly desirable
      - Understanding of world affairs, geography, and economic issues
      - Language skills or international living/working experience preferred
      - Familiarity with SQL coding and VBA knowledge, including the ability to write macros
      - Previous experience in mentoring and training team members
