      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage programs within Managed Care Operations, overseeing project development and execution
      - Manage strategy and execution of the OSH Preferred Network, including project planning and analytics
      - Analyze financial implications of health plan contracts and communicate risks to senior leadership
      - Support relationships with health plans, including contracting and implementation
      - Identify business requirements for system implementations and oversee vendor activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with sound business judgment
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - 3-5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care functions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with HMO operations and experience in multiple health plan functional areas
      - Strong project management skills
      - Proficiency in MS Excel
      - Experience in Medicare Advantage or Managed Medicaid environments
