Develop business and inventory assortment plans that support sales, profit, and customer target goals.
Conduct research and work with vast/complex data sets to prepare analytical reporting.
Pair analysis with next actions for appropriate parties to improve business health and execute on actionable insights.
Analyze product lifecycle and extract insights on pricing and channel behavior.
Utilize insights and analysis to inform future open-to-buy decisions and inventory management tactics.
Manage sales, profitability, inventory, open-to-buy, and assortment forecasts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve profitability and customer performance.
Assist with and own the development of projects that improve the efficiency of Merchandising systems, processes, and inventory.
Maintain a deep understanding of systems utilized by the Merchandise Planning team and assisting with systems troubleshooting.
Knowledge share with cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience.
At least five (5) years of e-commerce, merchandise planning, or related experience.

SUMMARY
The Sr. Analyst, Merchandise Planning is responsible for working closely with merchandise buyers and business stakeholders to create and maintain a portfolio of brands and categories that drive profitable growth within the e-commerce business.

The base pay range for this position is $107,000 to $121,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, a full range of medical and other benefits is offered.
