What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business processes suitable for automation
- Perform in-depth process analysis and create relevant documentation, such as Process Definition Documents
- Define business requirements and test case scenarios for automated processes
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop implementation plans
- Work closely with Automation Developers and Test Engineers during workflow testing and deployment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with system requirements and supporting key business applications
- Proven experience in leading and providing direction to others
- Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Previous experience in the pharmacy benefit management or healthcare industry
- Understanding of security implications in the domain
- Desire to work in management and lead others
