What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop complex SSIS solutions and automated operational reports
- Architect and develop data transformation solutions using Microsoft SSIS/SQL ETL tools
- Create and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and document business requirements for ETL and report design
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and conduct quality acceptance testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL BI Stack including SSIS, SSRS, and TSQL
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and t-SQL, preferably on Azure and/or SQL 2016+
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-6 years of experience in software development with SQL programming utilizing SSIS/SSRS and PowerBI
- Familiarity with healthcare data and concepts, including QNXT
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C#
- Experience working with DevOps, GIT, and Continuous Integration (CI)
