What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to online abuse and safety issues
- Research and analyze emerging fraud trends and security threats to proactively identify and address potential risks
- Support quality assurance processes, including auditing and root cause analysis
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, presenting analysis results and recommendations
- Manage and advocate for the development of new tools to support data analysis and reporting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis related to UGC platform safety strategies
- Previous experience in Trust & Safety with expertise in online safety challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online safety issues relevant to video platforms, such as copyright infringement or misinformation
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks like COPPA, GDPR, or CDA Section 230
