What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, plan, develop, integrate, implement, and coordinate information systems operations and maintenance
- Provide technical expertise for staff on new system development and modifications
- Make technical recommendations to assist management in establishing standards and improving business processes
- Lead project administration and ensure alignment with overall system standards and business objectives
- Collaborate with a team to support M365 systems and address any issues that arise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six (6) years of information systems experience
- Experience delivering Power Platform solutions integrated with the M365 ecosystem in a production enterprise environment
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field with four (4) years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with two (2) years of experience; or a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of information systems architecture, specifically related to M365 and its components
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive knowledge of M365 Power Platform solution development and support
- Familiarity with project administration methods and principles
- Experience in managing comprehensive, multi-system projects
- Ability to develop policies and procedures that meet organizational needs
- Knowledge of automation products that support various data management environments
