      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations and accounts receivable to ensure timely claim submissions and payments
      - Analyze and resolve complex payer issues related to claim denials, underpayments, and missing payments
      - Collaborate with billing vendors and insurance companies to follow up on claims and obtain clarifications
      - Monitor team metrics and productivity to ensure established goals are met
      - Create documentation and training materials for team members on new processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - At least 2 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable follow-up
      - Strong understanding of medical terminology and the health claim revenue cycle workflow process
      - Knowledge of insurance guidelines and principles, including HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10
      - Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPC credential is a plus
      - Experience with database queries or business analysis
      - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
      - Knowledge of coding denials and NCCI edits
      - Ability to radiate positive energy and create an unmatched patient experience
