What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support and oversight to IT projects and products, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and updates
- Actively engage in programming, business analysis, or testing activities to determine scope, time, and cost estimates
- Serve as a technical expert to associates and IT teams, ensuring compliance with configuration, change controls, and security standards
- Produce reports based on data analysis and industry trends, identifying areas for improvement
- Mentor and coach team members on IT asset management processes and practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting
- Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Standard Development Life Cycles (like Waterfall or Agile) and knowledge of system and data design

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB Utah and reporting/dashboards in ServiceNow
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent developing and delivering presentation skills
