We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior/Mid-Senior Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support for our applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless functionality. This position requires a strong focus on problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with both our support teams and local leadership. You will also work with SQL queries, browser developer tools, and basic web technologies to identify and resolve issues effectively.
