What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and implement digital marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Configure, test, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with peers on the Marketing Operations & Technology team to solve problems using an agile marketing approach
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing methodologies and testing strategies
- Build audiences and technically implement customer engagements across multiple channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of marketing-related work experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or another marketing automation platform
- Ability to configure, test, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript for data segmentation
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with various digital marketing channels such as email, push, SMS, and social media
