      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and assess customer interactions of Call Center Associates to ensure quality service
      - Document agent performance strengths and weaknesses using a Quality Management System
      - Identify compliance issues and assist in generating standard process measurement reporting
      - Conduct root-cause analysis to identify error trends and implement solutions
      - Assist in training new and existing staff and updating training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 3-5 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
      - Ability to effectively manage escalations within the department
      - Experience in recording and trending audit results and performing root-cause analysis
      - Strong communication skills for reporting issues or concerns to management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5-7 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
      - Managed Care experience
