      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide analytical support in the design, development, and administration of benefits programs for the U.S. and Canada
      - Develop and deliver effective communications regarding benefits programs using various mediums
      - Ensure compliance with country, federal, state, and local laws governing benefits
      - Collaborate with HR and Legal on benefits-related matters and serve as a subject matter expert
      - Manage the benefits enrollment process and respond to inquiries from employees and hiring managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of progressive benefits experience
      - Experience working in a geographically dispersed organization with at least 2,000 employees
      - Proficiency in Workday
      - Advanced Excel skills to create complex spreadsheets and interpret data trends
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with benefits administration in both health & welfare and 401k/retirement
