      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain employee data and collaborate with vendors to resolve coverage issues and address employee benefit inquiries
      - Process enrollments, terminations, and other status changes for multiple benefit vendors
      - Assist with compliance filings, including 5500 and Form 990, and support annual audits of the 401(k) plan
      - Manage leave of absence administration, providing guidance and resources to employees
      - Support open enrollment activities, including system setup and communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - 5-6 years of benefits experience with a focus on internal and external customer service
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy
      - Proven ability to build and manage vendor relationships effectively
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in administering health and welfare benefit programs
      - Familiarity with Affordable Care Act reporting requirements
      - Knowledge of employee wellness program initiatives
      - Previous experience with open enrollment processes and communications
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
