What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop moderate to complex SSIS solutions for data transformation
- Create automated operational reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services
- Collaborate with Product Owners to document business requirements for ETL and report design
- Debug and tune existing SSIS/ETL processes to ensure accurate data movement
- Support quality acceptance testing and lead design review sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years software development experience with at least 3 years in SQL programming using SSIS/SSRS and Power BI
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and T-SQL, preferably on Azure and/or SQL 2016+
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare data and concepts
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of C#
- Experience working with Azure SQL Database, DevOps, GIT, and Continuous Integration (CI)
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Agile framework and working in a scrum team
- Familiarity with QNXT
