What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources to inform decision-makers
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to provide insights

- Create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and User Training materials
- Actively participate in project development stages, ensuring products meet functional and operational requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience
- 6+ years of managed care experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of the full Appeals & Grievances process
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, and Data Bricks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis
- Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
