What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary liaison between laboratory personnel and software development teams to gather and document requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and propose software-driven solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
