What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic or tactical recommendations
- Assist in the development and testing of new product and pricing strategies for various lending products
- Support marketing efforts by building targeted insights for new customer experiences
- Develop and test credit risk models by connecting consumer credit trends to historical behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality, volume, service, and profitability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in SQL querying
- Proven track record in decision-making and problem-solving based on analytics
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence and drive agreement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
- Previous consulting experience
