What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and optimize payment processing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance payment reconciliation and reporting
- Develop and refine collections and renewal strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce churn
- Generate reports on payment performance and collections efficiency to provide actionable insights
- Identify inefficiencies in payment and collections processes and recommend improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, payment processing, or collections
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, ACH, credit card processing, and digital wallets
- Experience with collections strategies, accounts receivable, and financial risk management
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with subscription-based billing, automated payment processing, and retention strategies, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector
