      About this role:
      As a Sr. Business Analyst working at the highest senior levels within our clients’ organizations you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in shaping, managing and delivering real value assisting our clients in successfully managing their technology and defining their IT strategies.

      What you’ll do:

      • Support the strategic direction and execution of all projects and initiatives by coordinating, implementing, managing, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness of assigned projects

      • Partner & collaborate with Engagement Team and Client to capture operational & business requirements and successfully establish and execute on strategies and tactical plans

      • Process execution – end to end cost management, issue resolution, root cause analysis and effective use of resources and feedback in all processes

      • Service excellence – manage and execute process with a targeted strategy that will achieve measurable improvements in process effectiveness, process efficiency and client (internal and external) service satisfaction

      • Create and provide change management tools and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve the required business outcome

      • Business Acumen – Maintain an excellent understanding of the areas supported. Become the “go to person” for all related questions and issues

      • Leverage project management best practices, tools, templates and standards, resulting in projects being on time, on budget and on target to deliver the anticipated business value

      • Apply project planning methodology to all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and change management methods

      • Create and manage success measurement criteria to continually assess outcomes to improve project execution

      • Implement regular project reporting (monthly/quarterly) to key stakeholders to communicate progress and metrics measurements

      • Design and deliver project communications and presentations to all management levels. Manage ongoing interactions and communications with internal stakeholders

      • Provide people leadership (up and down) when appropriate

      • Functions with full autonomy, generally requiring little to no guidance


      What you’ll need:

      • Minimum 5+ years of diversified strategic IT experience (technology, organization and processes)

      • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic or management level.

      • Analytical skills

      • Flexibility and adaptability; able to change direction quickly and thoughtfully under changing client needs

      • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

      • Willingness to travel up to 30% of your time

      • Excellent project management skills, team work capacity, strong work ethic and willingness to travel and work in a diverse international environment

      Deeper knowledge of one or more of the following is a plus:

      • IT strategy

      • IT organization & governance

      • Enterprise Architecture

      • IT/Business Process Outsourcing

      • Critical Program Management support (QA, risk, audit)

      • IT performance optimization

      • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken

      • Ability to articulate IT strategies and understand business strategies and the alignment of both

      • Comfortable influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives

      • Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement

      • Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges

      • Maintain a senior consultant level expertise and currency in industry leading information management technologies

      • You will have a natural aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions

      Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 111,600 USD - 135,240 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
