What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate efforts in collaborating with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document business and system requirements
- Provide direction, support, mentorship, and feedback to other Business Analysts on the Data Engineering team
- Develop epics and stories with the Data Engineering manager or product owner to support system development and enhancement
- Coordinate and assist in the creation and enhancement of systems design, including data models and business rules
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop training materials and train peers and end-users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience working with healthcare data
- 2+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum ceremonies and activities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience providing business analyst support in a Data Engineering or Analytics environment
- Excellent at writing SQL queries
- Experience working with healthcare payer data and EMR systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce
