What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), and regulatory requirements during clinical studies
- Act as the primary liaison to clinical sites, conducting site qualification and monitoring visits
- Generate timely and high-quality monitoring and close-out visit reports
- Contribute to the development of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports
- Drive trial enrollment efforts and communicate any obstacles to enrollment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clinical Research Associate II: 2-4 years of relevant clinical research experience, particularly with medical device trials
- Senior Clinical Research Associate: 4+ years of relevant clinical research experience, including leading clinical studies
- Strong understanding of clinical studies, GCPs, FDA regulations, and IRB requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic data capture and eTMF systems
- Ability to travel 25-50% for site visits and monitoring activities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or related field
- Experience interfacing with clinical staff in hospital environments
- Familiarity with medical and anatomical terminology
