What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCPs, and regulatory requirements during clinical studies
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Generate high-quality reports for site visits according to the Clinical Monitoring Plan
- Contribute to the development of study protocols, informed consent documents, and clinical study reports
- Maintain documentation of all clinical research activities in the trial master file

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Clinical Research Associate II: 2-4 years of related work experience in clinical research, specifically on medical device IDE trials
- Sr. Clinical Research Associate: 4+ years of related work experience in clinical research
- Strong understanding of clinical studies and ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of GCPs, FDA regulations, and IRB requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EDC and eTMF systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree in a relevant scientific discipline or related field
- Familiarity with medical and anatomical terminology
- Experience interfacing with physicians and clinical staff
