What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support and operational assistance in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)
- Educate and train medical professionals on CRM products and solutions
- Manage patient registration and necessary hospital documentation
- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma plus at least 8 years of experience in an Electrophysiology (EP) or Cath Lab setting, or in sales/service with a cardiac device company; or
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 10% for customer clinics and meetings
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
