What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creation and implementation of omni-channel communications campaigns for internal audiences
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives
- Support the migration of the company intranet to a new platform and onboard teams to manage content
- Manage logistics and project coordination for monthly all-hands meetings, ensuring smooth execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate diverse perspectives into communications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in communications, particularly internal communications, in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience with intranets as a core internal communications channel
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful internal communication programs
