What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing compensation support for pay increases, promotional adjustments, and other pay-related changes
- Collaborate with business leaders to benchmark jobs and determine competitive compensation ranges
- Maintain HR Case Management ticket system and provide initial support for market pricing
- Conduct regular reviews of compensation plans to ensure market competitiveness
- Manage compensation projects from design to execution, including stakeholder communication and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a compensation analyst within a Center of Excellence compensation team
- Proficiency with human capital management software, preferably DayForce
- Strong knowledge of human resource regulations and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience conducting salary analysis and salary surveys
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build partnerships with leaders
