- Monitor, test and report on the Bank's adherence to its regulatory compliance policies, procedures and controls across all product lines.
- Executes Compliance Reviews (Monitoring and Testing) to assess the effectiveness of the bank's practices used to ensure regulatory compliance with consumer and commercial banking areas.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for all regulations within the team's scope of responsibility.
- Research regulatory law, recent or proposed changes, guidance and interpretations as part of the testing and monitoring planning process.
- Writes Compliance Assessment Reports for senior and executive management that summarizes the scope of work performed, findings, and any regulatory exceptions.
- Assist the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Manager in responding to regulatory agencies' requests for information as well as internal audit requests.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and experience communicating with all levels of management.
- Must be a team player and ready to work as a cohesive group.

- Must be detail oriented, thorough, and well organized.

JOB SUMMARY:
Manufactures Bank is a middle market commercial bank with an announced expansion into consumer banking, including deposit and lending products with the launch of our Jenius Bank division. Under minimal supervision the Sr. Testing and Monitoring Compliance Analyst will assist the Testing and Monitoring Compliance Officer with the execution of the Compliance Testing and Monitoring program. The Compliance Officer must have a strong background in banking operations and be knowledgeable of bank products and services to assess the impact that changes in laws or regulations have on the testing and monitoring program. Requires strong practical knowledge of banking regulations including but not limited to ECOA, Truth in Lending, Truth in Savings, Electronic Fund Transfers, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Fair Lending, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Flood Insurance, Regulation O, UDAAP, FDCPA, MLA, SCRA, advertising rules and requirements, and Privacy. The position supports overall compliance through execution of testing programs designed to evaluate the effectiveness of business practices in meeting respective regulatory compliance.
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $79,000 and $125,000. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Some roles will also qualify for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, Manufacturers Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in banking and compliance functions. CRCM or similar certification is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience with regulatory compliance in a banking environment. 5+ years in the banking industry.
Preferred: Experience in executing compliance testing. Experience with interpreting banking regulations and applying the requirements to testing scenarios.
