What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex supervisory issues and projects
- Conduct complex reviews and risk analysis to monitor the effectiveness of plans
- Identify and direct the implementation of process improvements for quality enhancement
- Prepare complex responses to regulatory and audit inquiries
- Communicate and prepare updates regarding new or revised policies and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
- 5-7+ years of experience in compliance directly aligned with the responsibilities of this position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze complex information and evaluate implications of actions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications/Licensures: Series License-6, Series License-26
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients
- Strong presentation skills with experience in influencing at all levels of management
- Experience in regulatory and job training requirements
