What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate governance and compliance matters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Licensed Attorney in at least one jurisdiction in the United States
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including law firm and in-house roles
- Experience in Board and corporate governance, M&A, and regulatory compliance
- Strong written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FAR/DFAR government contract flow-down obligations
- Background in the aviation industry, particularly in parts distribution and repair
