What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Book air, car, and hotel reservations using the SABRE reservation system
- Provide support services to advisors and assist with corporate accounts
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients and handle customer service issues effectively
- Conduct internet research on travel destinations, accommodations, and advisories
- Prioritize and complete all travel arrangements, including ticketing and invoicing, in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a full-time travel agent, booking both domestic and international travel
- Proficient in SABRE or Worldspan with at least 5 years of experience, including knowledge of GDS formats and ticketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations and escalate issues as necessary
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive customer service approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ClientBase is a plus
- Experience in handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to various advisors’ styles and needs
