What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform underwriting tasks by preparing complex business and personal financial spreads
- Conduct risk analysis by preparing complex risk grading documents and reviewing third-party reports
- Prepare complex loan request presentations and conduct comprehensive credit analysis
- Maintain key reporting systems and ensure accurate financial statement imaging
- Assist in training and development of junior analysts and participate in special projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial credit analysis and underwriting required
- Proficient in credit administration, policy, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in underwriting large, complex commercial loans is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in underwriting large, complex commercial real estate (CRE) loans, commercial & industrial (C&I) loans, and asset-based lending credits
- Experience in underwriting borrowers in sectors like financial technology and renewable energies
- Proficient in risk analysis and mitigation
- Familiarity with technical report writing
