      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service by managing and identifying customers' needs through high-volume communication via email and telephone
      - Actively manage multiple customer accounts, ensuring accurate order review and compliance with client contracts
      - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and maintain updated customer records
      - Conduct proactive outreach to clients and prepare reports on the status of customer orders
      - Collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth for assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant experience
      - High level of customer service acumen and business acumen
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
      - Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in chemistry, environmental studies, or biology
      - Experience with waste characterization, handling logistics, and familiarity with EPA/RCRA and DOT regulations
      - Knowledge of Salesforce, Ariba, or Oracle systems
      - Experience in administering and reviewing service contracts
      - Ability to lead account-specific projects
