What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate fast time to value for key customers through the installation and configuration of Device42 software
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer success and identify upsell opportunities
- Advocate for customer needs, escalating issues as necessary and working cross-functionally to meet those needs
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, regularly soliciting feedback and presenting product features
- Analyze customer metrics and report on adoption, production status, and risk to ensure customer health visibility
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7+ years of experience in technical implementation, professional services, or systems engineering, preferably in multi-cloud environments
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
- Familiarity with data models and entity-relationship diagrams (ERDs)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing multiple accounts while prioritizing customer needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL templating (Jinja syntax)
- Knowledge of enterprise ITSM and discovery software, as well as deep enterprise application stack knowledge
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as SuperSet or Tableau
- Experience with relational and time series databases
- Bonus points for experience with Freshservice, ServiceNow, and/or Jira
